GBC Champions Cooking Class
Learn what it takes to win directly from the Pitmasters who have won the GBC! The GBC Champions Cooking Class is one of the great benefits available to GBC members, and you won't find a class like this anywhere else, even at many times the price. For the unbelievably low cost of $200 per person, top ranking cooks of the last GBC Tour season will show you hands on how they prepared their prize winning entries for each of the four KCBS meats.
About the class
We've recruited the winning Pitmasters from previous GBC Tours to demonstrate the techniques and recipes that took them to the top of the leaderboards in this tell-all class. It would cost much more than this to attend a private class from any one of these teams, but they have generously donated their time to be a part of this all-star session. To make it an even better value, since the GBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, your donation for the class fee to the GBC may also be tax deductible (please check with your accountant).
Instructors for the 2020 GBC Champions Cooking Class will be announced as the details of the 2020 class are released. Please continue to check back or follow us on Facebook! The location for the class will be the Atlanta Airport Marriott, so whether you come for the day from the metro area or need to drive in Friday and stay overnight, we've got you covered! Class space is limited, and we expect it to fill up early because of the exceptional value of this event. Because of this, we are making preliminary signups available to avoid disappointment for those eager to take advantage of this event.

This year's class will be taught by the following:
Chicken: Scott Smith- Que'n Stew'n & Brew'n
Pork Ribs & Brisket: Allen Clem- Under The Radar
Pork Butt: Sean Trygestad- Angry Jack BBQ
The date for the 2020 Class is Saturday June 27th, 2020. There will be a "Meat-N-Greet" social the night before from 6 - 9 pm at the Bourbon Bar (right outside of the area where the class is held), and those details will be emailed to participants.
