GBC Bash 2021

When? Friday, March 5th, 2021

Where? Sip & Swine BBQ Music Festival @ the main competition area

Cost? Any 2020 GBC member, or current 2021 GBC member, with a $35 membership gets one free entry, and those with a $50 membership get two free entries. Any non-member, or those needing to purchase additional tickets, the cost is $15 per person. Children under the age of 15 can attend at no additional cost.

Food? Food will be catered but those details are still being worked out.

Safety concerns and Covid restrictions: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we will be taking additional safety efforts and taking precautions to limit public use of utensils and items used in obtaining food or drinks. Due to this, please be patient with our volunteers and catering staff as only they will be allowed to help prepare plates and pour drinks.

Ticket sales: Tickets can be purchased prior to attending if you need them via the website store page, or by clicking the button at the bottom of this section.

Checking in: Upon arrival at the check-in table you will be marked off of the list and charged any fees for tickets needing to be acquired at the gate for those needing them, or for additional guests on top of your free ticket(s) if you are already a GBC member for 2021, or were in 2020. We take cash, checks, or credit/debit card payments for transactions, including for paying your tab if you accrued any winnings from the auction sales during the Bash event itself.

RSVPs: RSVPing for the event is not a requirement but is strongly encouraged! You can either send a direct email to the GBC Secretary to let them know that you, and other guests, are attending, or you can go to this link and fill out a short Google form that will do the same thing. If you know that your guests will need tickets then you are strongly encouraged to purchase them off of the website prior to attending so that it helps keep things flowing at check-in time. When you submit your number of attendees, please notify us of exactly how many you plan to have attend, which includes children under the age of 15 (even though they can attend for free) so that we can have an accurate count for ordering food from the caterer.
