About the Georgia BBQ Championship
Our Mission
The Mission of the Georgia BBQ Championship is to promote barbeque excellence,
encourage competitive team spirit and enhance tourism as an economic development
initiative.
Officers
The initial meeting of the organization was held February 22, 2010 at Brasstown
Valley Resort. At this meeting, by unanimous vote the following officers were
elected for two year terms of service:

- Treasurer: Bobby Brumley
- Secretary: Kimberly Flores
The organization is in the process of filing to become a 501(c)(3) non-profit
corporation in the state of Georgia.
