The results are in! All the scores have been tabulated, checked, rechecked, and finally certified by the attorney. Thanks to all the teams who invested their time and entry fees to help make the Georgia BBQ Championship a huge success. The GBC has been so popular other states are looking at Georgia as an example of how to create their own state championship organization. We are expecting a sellout for the GBC awards banquet at the end of January, so if you haven't booked your room and purchased your banquet ticket, you need to do so immediately! Congratulations to the winners and all the organizers, teams and judges that have worked together to make the GBC such a resounding success story.

The results are in! With only one contest left in the season, South Pork has crashed into the second place position and Buttrub.com has squeezed Pit Bull's "Up in Smoke" out of the top five. With only 25 points separating the top 6 teams, it's anybody's guess who will claim the title of Georgia's Best Champion. Everything comes down to the National BBQ Cup in Cumming in a few weeks. Will Bub-Ba-Q be able to hang on for a repeat victory, or will one of the other leading teams be able to edge out Bubba? And what about the dozen contenders with only 3 scores so far, including Tuffy Stone of Cool Smoke? Stay tuned for the most exciting Championship in Georgia BBQ history!!!
